Warranty Policy
All goods sold by Citysounds carry a ONE YEAR WARRANTY, or more in cases where the manufacturer offers a longer period, Gemini 3 years, Sennheiser 2 years.
Goods are Warrantied against manufacturing defect and excludes wear and tear in products such as crossfaders, styli, headphones etc.
In the case of goods which are Faulty As New or in other words, defective right out of the box the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund. In this instance we need to be informed within 7 days of receipt of the goods and arrangements will be made in order to collect the faulty stock at no charge to the customer.
Beyond this time any defective goods should be returned to us for service by first obtaining a Returns Authorization Number RAN. No goods will be accepted back without the RAN number.
Returns Policy
The customer has the right to cancel a purchase by giving written notice within a 7 day period. In this instance the goods must be unopened unused with all packaging and accessories in original and undamaged condition.
A Returns Authorization Number will be required and this can be obtained by notifing us in writing of the intention to cancel the purchase. The goods will be returned at the customer's expense and a refund will be issued within 28 days of having received the returned goods minus any delivery charges incurred in delivering the goods to the customer.
